Celebrate the Sturgeon Moon with an elegant evening of wine, caviar, and carefully crafted cuisine. This special dinner, catered by Christian Albrecht of Braised & Confit, will feature a multi-course menu showcasing Marshallburg Farm's caviar alongside a variety of seasonal fare. Each dish will be thoughtfully paired with our reserve wine series selected to complement and elevate every bite. Inspired by the full moon that once marked the peak of sturgeon season, this event blends tradition and indulgence in a setting as memorable as the menu itself. Enjoy sunset 8:25pm and moon rise 8:55pm.
The dinner will be held in our barrel room, a temperature-controlled space that may be on the cooler side—guests are encouraged to dress accordingly for comfort [55 degrees].
